Both our Business and Enterprise packages include 24x7 support
via ticket with an average response time of 15 minutes during business
hours and 30 minutes after hours. A higher level support package, as well
as custom support packages, are also available.
While all aspects of DaphnaBI are designed to be intuitive
and simple to use, we understand that some people prefer to
have configuration performed for them (or simply do not wish
to involve their own IT assets. Initital configuration packages
are available in which we will consult with you and configure your services
to meet your requirements.
